Julie’s companion and flat mate, Karla Wilson, gets a telephone call from a neighborhood radio station, requesting that her partake in a challenge to win an all-costs paid excursion to the Bahamas for the Fourth of July weekend. The challenge is that Karla must figure the capital of Brazil. Her answer is “Rio de Janeiro” and radio host lets her know she is right and she is given four tickets for the excursion.
